The cabinet is constructed with 18 gauge (1 mm) thick double steel walls separated by 38 mm of space filled with fire retardant insulation. Its integral welded construction without rivets provides better fire protection and longer life. A 2-inch leak-proof sill.
Three stainless steel tenon latches and piano hinge provide easy, tight door closure. The shelves are adjustable. In addition, the cabinet is equipped with two 2" diameter flame arrestor vents on each side.
The cabinet is painted with a yellow enamel with a bilingual red “GARDEZ ÉLOIGNÉES!”“FLAMMABLE-KEEP FIRE AWAY” label.
